      I thoroughly enjoyed working within the Alliance Management team and felt passionate about the benefits of the alliance management function to the success of partnerships, whether the partner was large pharma or smaller biotechs.

      Cons

      Their office relocation became a con for me in the end.

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
