      Work from home and flexible timings are the best benefits provided

      No proper processes followed.No growth opportunities and no learning support.Salary and hikes are way too poor.Performance appraisal is name sake and feedback provided only during appraisal.

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
