Cons
1. Preferential treatment is a norm. People are hired and promoted based on who they know and not what they know. 2. Managers set unrealistic goals that cannot be met. 3. Managers use PIPs to force employees to quit, even when PIPs are unfounded and goals are unrealistic. 4. The company is a dog eat dog environment. Building relationships with coworkers is discouraged. Team members are not encouraged to share responsibilities or experience. 5. The turnover rate is absurd. Most employees quit after 1 year.
