      Pros

      Great staff, the people really made the difference and was the reason I stayed as long as I did.

      Cons

      Offshoring is a constant with ims. They are always cutting down or eliminating whole departments. Then when thing go wrong they bring them back.

      Pros

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
