Cons
First of all I will never recommend to anyone to join HR team. Seniors including HR Head talks in abuse language, you can't laugh, you can't talk to anyone. They are so unprofessional, no learning everyone is busy in hiring & firing and they do politics with team mate and with other company employees. Instead to making good policies and culture which motivate & benefits to existing and new employees they focus on other things which make MD happy and safe their Job. Noida HR Team is one of blood sucking team of Isgec. you will feel regret. In Isgec there is no work culture, no work life balance and if you are not good in politics and not satisfying HOD ego than you can't survive over there.
