      Pros

      Company has good present and future bcz ISGEC is business oriented company. They are into multiple business so they can easily sustain in any situation. This is main reason people used to plan long term but its also depend on other things. below are few pros or benefits to work with Isgec. 1. On time Salary 2. Good Industry Exposure. 3. Some loan facility. 4. Job security (Depends on your HOD) 5. Health Insurance ( Employee have to pay) Thats it.

      Cons

      First of all I will never recommend to anyone to join HR team. Seniors including HR Head talks in abuse language, you can't laugh, you can't talk to anyone. They are so unprofessional, no learning everyone is busy in hiring & firing and they do politics with team mate and with other company employees. Instead to making good policies and culture which motivate & benefits to existing and new employees they focus on other things which make MD happy and safe their Job. Noida HR Team is one of blood sucking team of Isgec. you will feel regret. In Isgec there is no work culture, no work life balance and if you are not good in politics and not satisfying HOD ego than you can't survive over there.

      Excellent company to learn about fabrication and welding.

      Cons

      Hell for production engineer.12- 16 hours working culture.No off on sunday. Culture of harassing production engineers. Worst company for a family guy. Immense pressure from the management side. HR is less bother for the growth of the individuals. HR has no power at all.
