I like the pace of work here because it pushes me to learn more and level up my skills. I got to work with smart colleagues from different backgrounds like consulting, finance, and creative agencies, which makes the day-to-day job interesting. Modern technologies and tools to help me succeed in my role. Fairly independent decision-making and a remote-first setup.

• Icreon is an absolute disaster. The workplace is disorganized, and the atmosphere is exhausting and overwhelming. • The people in charge appear lost and incapable of providing clear direction most of the time. • Most leaders seem completely out of touch, causing problems to drag on far longer than necessary. • Ineffective leadership continues to hold the organization back and should be replaced by people who are actually capable and qualified.
