Pros

It's nice working with a strong technical team where everyone helps out and shares knowledge. This job also gives me the opportunity to take on complex enterprise challenges, which I find really exciting. There’s exposure to APIs, cloud infrastructure, various frameworks, and modern engineering workflows. Another thing I appreciate is the focus on employee well-being and maintaining high standards.

Cons

Managing so many technical decisions, stakeholder expectations, and timelines is tough.

The workplace is disorganized, and the atmosphere is exhausting and overwhelming. • The people in charge appear lost and incapable of providing clear direction most of the time. • Most leaders seem completely out of touch, causing problems to drag on far longer than necessary. • Ineffective leadership continues to hold the organization back and should be replaced by people who are actually capable and qualified.
