Diminishing bonuses, no pay raises in spite of hard work. No differentiated salary.
I work in the city as a "customer success manager" and get paid similarly to those who live in a small town. My bonus is tied to whether my sales rep makes his or her quota, without regard to how everyone else works on the team to support and retain clients. Obviously, our sales rep felt awful when no one got their bonus. There's also little opportunity for promotion.
