      Pros

      Gain experience working in a challenging environment Learn about what company takeovers really mean Benefits like health insurance and holiday buy

      Cons

      This was the most wonderful place to work but it has declined rapidly. Benefits are being cut, massive restructures and redundancies are par for the course, increased pressure with little realistic compromise from stakeholders. Product quality is lowering in favour of "efficiency". It's changed from being a job I was so proud of at a company with values I'd go over and above for and believed in, to to one I can't wait to leave every day.

      Pros

      Flexible work arrangements. Staff are generally friendly.

      Cons

      Make promises they can't keep. Promises of bonuses, of Christmas parties and celebrations and never delivered. It's almost impossible to progress in your career unless you work in the HR department. Morale is very low after yearly redundancies which have stripped the office bare of a number of the talented people the organisation used to attract.

      I can only speak for my team but the people, including my line managers, are amazing.

      Mass redundancies have occurred every year for 3 years.
