Flexible work arrangements. Staff are generally friendly.
Cons
Make promises they can't keep. Promises of bonuses, of Christmas parties and celebrations and never delivered. It's almost impossible to progress in your career unless you work in the HR department. Morale is very low after yearly redundancies which have stripped the office bare of a number of the talented people the organisation used to attract.
