1. Little more structured management. 2. Need a heavy brain to tinker about. 3. Work ethics has to be inculcated. 4. Investment, distribution, fund raising is not even in their agenda. 5. One point leadership is taking it down.

Office location is good. Other than that no pros.

- They expect you to work 10-12 hours, 6 days a week - No strategy and planing - Leader is not capable of leading - Lot of interference during work - Minimum leaves in the name of urgency all the time - Unethical work practices - They make people do real work during interview without paying, not even ask for food or water
