1. You can work from scratch. 2. You can learn a lot includeing management. 3. New tech, so always exciting.
Cons
1. Little more structured management. 2. Need a heavy brain to tinker about. 3. Work ethics has to be inculcated. 4. Investment, distribution, fund raising is not even in their agenda. 5. One point leadership is taking it down.
