Pros
Impero has been around for a while so a well-established company. The company has gone through a change of ownership, now owned by InvestCorp, and has new executive management. I personally came to Impero through an acquisition (Impero acquired Netop in Feb. 2021). Pros: * Honestly, good people. Really like the team-members and management. * Global mindset. Various offices around the world. Love the diversity and engaging and learning from colleagues around the world. * Big market opportunity. Their products are in-demand and they are doing some pretty cool stuff in terms of creating product differentiation and creating a "product-suite" as compared to just having stand-alone products. * Products are making a "real" difference in the life of Students and Employees. Small thing, but I feel good about working with products that "do good". * Good internal growth opportunity. They have shown that they support internal promotions. * Flexible work-environment (WFH vs Office) * Solid backing (stability)
Cons
* Product dependencies * Too much time spend on internal meetings * Many communication platforms
