Pros

Excellent remote working policies. Very ambitions, willing to experiment with new technologies. Budget available for training and self-development.

Cons

Poor management, and lack of structure internally. Very high turnover, due to redundancy and firing resulting in a very bad atmosphere in the company. Current management overcompensates for perceived lack of development in previous years, forcing fast results at the expense of all other metrics.

Impero has been struggling with products for a while, but there has been a focused approached and the company has continued to win a lot of new business, including one very large opportunity (+ £10m deal) at the very start of 2024. Very hard-working and passionate people but there has been some big changes in June with a Management Buy-Out and new people at the top and a lot of changes are coming in. Some of the absolute A-Players that tied the organization together have gone and that will likely impact revenue. There is a good product focus but some of the new leaders will likely end up being questioned in terms of approach and focus.

Cons

The focus seems to have gone in some departments and concerns about how that will impact overall focus and investments.
