Pros

The lower level employees are wonderful, everyone works hard, but also knows how to relax and laugh with each other, which makes the difficult situations we are put in with management and clients much easier. The new office is nice.

Cons

Where to start Work/Life balance, none existent. Pay is below par for the industry, and you will be expected to feel grateful for everything you are given knowing you're on less than you should be. Promises are made and never come, either through being told you will get something (assistance, support or clients) and it never coming, or by being given a benefit and then it gets taken away, such as this years Costco event, which was handled very poorly, after we were told we would be given something, even having calendar invites sent out, we were then informed via podcast that we wouldn't be getting it and this is AFTER we were told how well the company is doing. Whilst it may seem minor, many of us looked forward to that event and bonus to help us out over the holidays. Consistently told we are appreciated, sure doesn't feel like it. When issues are raised we are constantly told 'we hear you' but either they're deaf, or they are ignoring how their employees feel.
