InMoment has a great work culture and it's full of awesome people ( Canada office). This company grew really fast in last couple of years and earned significant recognition in the market. Substantial growth opportunities depending on which team you are in.
Cons
Lesser than average compensation Nepotism at the senior management level Office politics - chances are given based on who you know No job security, doesn't matter how good are you at your job. They shouldn't let smart and loyal employee let go, it's hard to find them again. Welfare of staff is secondary
