- Great culture in terms of being welcoming, friendly and sociable teams - Experienced talent across the organisation and former CX practitioners that can speak with authority - Reputable brand within the market and strong case studies to lean on
Cons
- Completely remote working which I personally enjoy, but can be challenging for others if not used to that environment and means a change to ways of working - Market positioning or product is going through a big shift and it takes time to deliver that
