Benefits are poor, high health care, no HSA,

-PTO hours are great from the start -Scheduling is set forth three weeks ahead -Coworker are friendly -Not stress inducing

-Benefits packages are expensive. If you plan to add a family, expect them to take $800+ a month out of your check... -The company only offers "PPO" plans to avoid contributing to an HSA... -Company offers FSA but don't expect any contribution -Dental and Vision is affordable but in the same price range as other credit unions I've worked at, if not more. -Company is always short-staffed with PFA's, aka bankers -The company hires employees with less experience, so they can start them off at a lower pay range but get surprised when they leave... -Don't expect a holiday bonus -The company always goes too extreme when an employee makes a mistake.... If one department forgets to clock out on time or gets overtime, expect the whole company that is not salary to be punctual, as if you make an error, you'll have to receive "disciplinary action" or result in termination. -You have to fill in a glass door review when first hired and a quarter in... That is why you see so many 5 star reviews on here... -If you exceed in your role or have any accomplishments don't expect too much in return..
