The Grass is not always Greener. - General Manager Inchcape Employee Review

In the past 18 months Inchcape has been through a period of change. Some of the changes that were made were quite unpalatable. However as we have worked through this period, and we have found a great balance to most areas of the business. As a General Manager I lost some really great members of staff to competitors. And now I am seeing them returning. Sometimes it is good for people to head out there, and see that the grass definitely is not always greener.
