Company car usage is micro managed and you are constantly penalised unless you are a senior manager; then the car and fuel is free.
Massive focus on prospecting ( or bullying ) your existing customers to attend made up sales weekends where if you don't get the right amount of appointments your are threatened with being put on performance review.
IT systems were a joke and the sales process is very rigid, in my time there were four different CRM systems.
