Pros

This seems to be a good company that does excellent work and has a good location

Cons

-They refused to give any kind of salary range during the interview process -they expected me to provide data analysis solutions for them during the interview, sending me three files one of which had over 35,000 lines of data and told me to "pretend that I work there" - these people are basically nuts

Pros

Senior staff, very knowledgeable, and no ego (in US). Teamwork, collaboration makes it a great experience. The people are amazing. Best crew I've worked with. Also, great place to make your own path. Good for people who are independent and don't need too much structure to thrive.

Cons

Not sure this is a 'con', but the structure is flat so if you're looking for hierarchy, maybe not the best place.

Pros

None—. They are ambiguous, cheap, and will break their work horse.

Cons

Ambiguous, no set standards in the US so secularism is rampant, said the job was one thing and it perpetually morphed into many other things. Pay once a month and is not on time. No clear HR point person. There is corporate backing but make no mistake this is a small, all white team based in the US. I’ve never wrote a review in my life and I’ve had people blatantly discriminate against me. They are horrible! They say you have 25 PTO days to start but that is a lie. There is a 90 day probationary period and when asked if I could take time, the answer was no with no clear indication why. After suffering a major health issue as a result, I had to insist on my PTO. But first they offered to reduce my time and pay; even though I had TWO MEDICAL DOCTOR NOTES. As a temp, after not working for 8 months they asked for me to come of out of pocket for office supplies. They also suggested and indicated that I come out of pocket for Xmas gift cards. Out of touch with the entire American workforce.
