      Pros

      Really friendly people, knowledgeable and helpful. Great company culture Variety of project work to choose from Progression dependent on you going the extra mile.

      Cons

      Can sometimes need to be working quite late to meet deadlines.

      Pros

      Nice people. Management are fairly transparent and well-meaning. You work for big global and ftse 100 companies (though with a sub-team/research function).

      Cons

      'Projects' for clients expected to last 2 months turn into 6 months ongoing support roles. Multiple simultaneous project management approach means people are not really committed to one thing. Slow salary progression.
