Pros
Working for a "small" firm can have its challenges especially when we are innovative and constantly pushing everything to its limits. Some people complain about micromanagement and toxic executives which is absolutely not something that I have experienced. You have the ability to pave your way here and make something of yourself. If you want to get your licenses to further your career, IFP will support that. Also, the executive team will always listen to you and provide valuable feedback as part of their open door policy. As a BD, were growing and constantly hiring in departments or creating new departments to help bridge any shortfalls. The team here is world class and very easy to get along with which comes with working at a smaller form. No politics and no drama makes it easy to come to work every day.
Cons
We have too much cake and sweets brought in during the work week by colleagues who are celebrating each others birthdays...
