You don't want to work here

Pros

Very talented employees and most of them will leave in less than a year so you will have networks into several companies.

Cons

The bad reviews you read about this place are 100% accurate. I'm convinced the good reviews are from the owner and his family. The company was good at one point but nepotism has become the new norm. Turnover is extremely high. Professionalism is nonexistent. They are extremely paranoid that everyone is trying to take advantage of the company. Employees are fired at random. We have to account for every single minute of our days and are extremely micromanaged. Our bathroom usage is monitored. One minute late is documented regardless of job level. Berating is common and they believe everyone is stealing. Lunches are 30 minutes and closely watched regardless of level unless you're family. Bonuses are talked about when you start but no one (other than the family) gets one. All of our jobs are posted even when we're still in them because the turnover is so high and they may get upset and want to fire someone. Truly, you do not want to work here. You'll be told you can be an entrepreneur here and build a career, but it's not true. Unless you are family you will have zero say in anything. You will hate it and most people leave before a year. You may be mad at your employer but you're better off where you are.

Pros

Competitive salary and an updated/modern office with nice views of Tampa Bay.

Cons

This company is the definition of micromanagement. Zero flexibility. Toxic work environment. Emphasis is placed on the amount of time spent in the office rather than quality and quantity of work. The executive team and management refuse to accept responsibility for anything even remotely negative. The culture is more akin to a dictatorship than a democracy and they will ensure you understand this. Turnover rate is the highest I have ever seen in my career. Morale is miserably low.

Pros

My coworkers were like family. We all felt unappreciated which brought us together to have each other's back. The schedule was also nice.

Cons

There is a very high turnover rate at this company. It's family owned and they play dirty politics to see who stays, who goes, and who gets promoted or not. Many promises were made out bonuses and raises which were not kept so I left. Supervisors quit without notice which they then put the workload on you expecting you to work overtime and wing it without proper training. You also don't get paid more for doing your supervisors job and staying late. They feel you should be grateful to have a job with them and you aren't entitled to anything not even respect. This place is more like a dictatorship. You have been warned. Oh- and absolutely no chance for career growth. They will put you where they need someone even if you're not a good fit.
