      learning oppurtunity, diverse roles,. very good entrance pay and benefits. very high job security. profitable oil and gas industry. good to gain experience

      beureaucratic, red tapism incompetent bosses, corruption among some levels, no job rotation, stagnation after 3 years, no scope for international travel
