Worst management and work environment - Project Engineer Indian Oil Employee Review

1. Non existent work life balance 2. Stagnant pay 3. Saturdays working 4. In some profiles every other Sundays are also working days. 5. Remote locations 6. No allowance for night shift/ rotating shift duties. 7. Extended hours working and minimal overtime rates, Rs. 250 for 2 hrs overtime, 900 for 4 hours etc. 8. Arm twisting by senior management to get the work done by junior officers by hook or by crook. 9. Contractualisation now even at officer level. 10. Promotion policy highly detrimental for new joinees. Biased towards middle and senior management.
