Pros
I really like my job and the work I do. I appreciate the flexibility in my day to day.
Cons
Recently IU did a joint venture and terminated a huge amount of the staff (~70+ employees). The way they went about it was bad and poorly planned, and right before the holidays. I'm thankful I was offered a job but it showed me how disposable the employees are here. It was a huge hit to my trust in IU health.
