Pros
Colleagues keeps you going, nothing else.
Cons
It's productivity and target based retail so low staff numbers and unrealistic expectations. No support from higher level management as they are based in England/ Spain. No stable pay for sales advisors always cancelling shifts to meet targets. HR or the lack of it is very much felt, payroll issues constantly across the board, procedures and policies are extremely outdated.
