Colleagues. Chances of getting promotion quick (role, not salary). Projects are attractive. Good place for getting experience and then run away.
Cons
No life. Working overtime for free. No training. Massive rotation. Management pushing just for their own bonus. The quality of the product at some stages is highly questionable.
