Pros
Great culture, work family, supportive, caring, hard-working, the right amount of 'relaxed' environment, dog-friendly, flexible start-times, offers health insurance, offers company paid gym membership, open-minded, and great music choices.
There's room to grow in your job position as long as you have open communication about your expectations. They will work with you.
The company is small so it gives you an opportunity to work closely with the founder & the CEO.
You learn something new everyday and we all have the chance to learn different departments within the company.
This company takes you in and gives you the chance the grow as an individual and will support you if you choose to part ways...they actually care about their employees.
I have worked for different types of companies (toxic environments/mean bosses) which is why this company felt too good to be true, but it isn't.
Cons
The job can be stressful due to tight timelines, client communication, and the knowledge that the smallest details matter (having a dog-friendly office helps the stress).
Time management and knowing how to prioritize is a must-have skill in order to succeed at this company - This is not necessarily a con but it can be viewed as one if you work at this company and do not have these skills (it will cause more stress).
I still give this company five stars despite these cons due to how welcoming this company made me feel being new to the state, how much I have grown from working at this company, and being given the opportunity to learn more.
There will always be cons of a company since no one/company is perfect but the pros outweighs the cons.
