This company has an open door policy which helps me feel like my voice is heard. A lot of adjustments and changes have been made at the company due to employee requests and opinions! The monthly events have been awesome to be included in and the Christmas parties and surprise bonuses have been very much appreciated. I have worked in a couple corporate settings including hospital settings and it is nice to feel like I can ask to do something and most of the time it is a yes and when it is a no it has good reason behind it...not just "Because I said so". Love this company and am excited to see where it goes!

It has been such a fresh breath of air to work for a company that actual cares for their employees. I have worked for numerous companies that have made me feel like I really was just another worker bee, never caring for my well being. I can gladly say that hasn't been the case here at Industry. I feel valued and cared for here, which is something I have never experienced elsewhere. No one ever seems to be bothered when I have questions or makes me feel dumb for asking them. It has really been a nice change of pace from big time companies that see you as just another body.
