The overall culture and people are great to work with. The culture is very anti pointing fingers when something goes wrong and would rather come together to fix it. Company is always looking to improve not only itself but their employees through enrichment programs. There is a ton of work and some may feel overwhelmed with the go go go day to day, while they try to ensure proper wind down and events to break it up it could be stressful for some.
