Pros
Laidback as long as you work Offer options for employment (in-house/sub) Big company but everyone all the way up to the owners are more involved
Cons
Hard to get appropriate pay rate for the tasks that they want you to perform *Expect someone at $20/hr to perform exactly as someone at $25/hr with no questions asked and be completely okay with it Not so good at hiring/firing *Doesn’t understand how to find strengths/weaknesses and appointing positions to suit accordingly *Lazy workers will not necessarily have consequences *Warehouse workers who do nothing and cannot execute their duties in the slightest are not fired/replaced Management of crews *Will put all the most experienced workers with each other leaving the green workers to figure it out by themselves Assigning work issues *Sends the stacked crew of experienced workers simple tasks and most difficult tasks to the crew of greenies. If 2 employees share the same job title but one gets paid significantly less than the other, the lesser paid shouldn’t have to do the hardest job while the higher paid employee gets assignments that won’t make them break a sweat
