Externally, the hypergrowth trajectory we are on allows us to continue to build strong brand awareness in the industry. Internally, Info-Tech's expansion has enabled us to increasingly prioritize and support professional growth and development, including the generous annual L&D stipend for each individual employee, on-the-job training, coaching and mentorship, and so much more. We’d like to specifically address your point regarding sales territories and share that we’re presently piloting a data enrichment program that is yielding successful results, prompting us to evaluate how to best scale this solution moving forward. Additionally, we continue to invest in our business development representative (BDR) function, with one of the goals being to help offset scrubbing workloads for our sales team members. We also continue to refine Info-Tech's market segmentation efforts to better enable our sales representatives to reach their goals and achieve long-term success.
