Isolation in the name of remote work. No new/relevant ideas at work are welcomed or worked upon. Don’t waste your time as a professional marketer.

Thank you for your feedback. Ensuring the well-being of our employees is a top priority at Info-Tech, and we are glad to hear you found our comprehensive health benefits valuable during your time with us. We also recognize that remote work can sometimes present challenges in collaboration and connection. To address these challenges, we have implemented a variety of initiatives to foster engagement within our teams, including regular virtual and in-person events, increased opportunities for collaboration and innovation between departments, and open communication forums to encourage idea-sharing. We aim to provide an inclusive and supportive work environment for all, whether working remotely, hybrid, or in office. Based on the information provided in your review, you indicated that you were part of the Marketing team at Info-Tech. In case your tenure precedes this update and you weren’t already aware, the marketing team has continued to implement new initiatives to foster and support connection as well as promote new ideas, including activities hosted by the Social Committee and the recently introduced internal Marketing Summit. The most recent Summit took place in January 2025, during which team members were able to get to know and work with colleagues in the marketing department they may not otherwise regularly cross paths. The Summit included engaging keynotes from leadership, an engagement activity from the Social Committee, and an opportunity to implement innovation, collaboration, and share new ideas through a unique campaign creation project. We continue to seek creative ways to ensure our employees feel engaged, valued, and appreciated, and welcome all feedback and ideas with an open door. Many of our initiatives are driven by employee input, and we remain committed to fostering an environment where employees can share feedback on where improvements can be made and where creativity and strategy thrive. We appreciate your time at Info-Tech and wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. As a growth-focused organization, we pride ourselves on providing ample development opportunities both on the job and in more formal education environments. We would like to address your concerns with team design, senior management, and time management, but regret there is not enough detail to properly comment on each aspect. What we can share is that this is a fast-paced industry that requires exceptional time management from all employees, regardless of the team they’re on. We continue to invest in training for all levels of employees, including senior management and leadership, to ensure that teams receive the support needed to meet targets and enjoy the process while doing so. We are all working together to achieve ambitious goals for the company’s next chapter. Finally, our team structure is designed to facilitate a collaborative environment in which we can be proud of the work we do. It’s great to hear that you enjoyed your time with Info-Tech, including working with your colleagues and the learning provided. We wish you the best in your future endeavors!

Pros

The role can provide experience in sales development, outbound communication, and working within a fast-paced performance-driven environment.

Cons

There appears to be inconsistency in how opportunities and accounts are distributed among employees, leading to concerns about fairness and morale. High daily call expectations can create pressure, especially when account quality varies significantly.
