Cons
I work in Infor as Product Support Analyst for Financial product of Infor, the Infor FSM. I am on a team where in they are pretty rock solid from the start with a micro-managing authoritarian manager which suck up my positive energy. First - even though training wasn't align and its all over the place because I didn't have a go to person its okay I can manage SECOND - you really didn't know where you ate, why? If you keep on asking questions because you are not confident enough as you are brand new, they will question your comprehension. Then if you are going to do the thing that you know - they'll say you are not consulting to your seniors. WHAT??? confusing right? They will provide feedback to you that seems like to question your capability not to boost your confidence for the role, there is some gaslighting that happened to me, I really felt like it was me, my fault, I am starting to second-guess my capability and I know myself too well that this shouldn't be happening to me, I've been to different industry, even with a company that I am the only Filipino and I was able to adapt on their culture. But this, with Infor specifically on that team - I can't. The manager once told me that I am the newbie, I should be the one reaching out to them as those tenured resources shouldn't make an effort to reach out to me. I was confuse, so you guys don't welcome the new hires? My manager only value the feedback of the tenured resources, he wouldn't value my opinion. So far, I was able to speak up - before I resign there is 4 resources resign before me, reason? Same reason as I felt and saw.
