    Pros

Good Pay Get to work with some great people. Some teams are a fun culture, and the BD team is one of those. If you are experienced you are given the independence to do what you do best

Not much opportunity to learn anything Would not recommend to more junior salespeople (in the UK at least) Other countries seemed to have better learning environments, the USA sounded quite good. A lot of corporate mumbo jumbo, not much changes, takes a long time for bad processes to be improved.
