      1. Dynamic change in strategy and Vision 2. Always changes the plan very frequently which in return backfires sometimes 3. Parking issue just like hell if you're working in 2nd shift hardly you can find the Parking. 4. Ni proper system for appraisal and No transperency in the Appraisal cycle. 5. Low hikes compared to market standards.
