      Pros

      Company has managed to hire very talented people.

      Cons

      Company is sporadically paying employees, if at all. Company let employee health insurance policy lapse without notice. No communication from CEO when payroll was not going to be met. 401k deductions from paycheck do not get deposited in timely manner, if at all.

      CEO is genuine and a great leader. Not a toxic environment. People get along and collaborate with one another.

      no remote opportunities available. have to report to the location each day

      Pros

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      ITP is not paying its employees on time. Employees will go weeks to months without seeing a check. Clients and employees are jumping ship left and right. It's a failed business and I wouldn't recommend working here even to my worst of enemies.
