We understand that not everyone will be a good fit in any organization. Your point is not supported by the fact that (1) even with a growing staff comprised of new hires 65\% of total staff members have been with us more that 3 years, (2) 57\% of our staff have been employed by ITP more than 5 years, (3) more than 50\% of our management staff is female, and (4) more than 50\% of our management staff is an ethnicity other than Caucasian. With all of that said, we are focused on improving our HR function and overall work experience%E2%80%94something we identified in our strategic planning process as a priority. We have invested (and are investing) more in HR by hiring a professional recruiter to help locate %E2%80%9Cbest fit candidates%E2%80%9D, and we continue our work to achieve a diverse workforce as a technology company. Also, and frankly something that is really exciting for us, we are learning to be better at nurturing a culture that improves our time we spend at work in ways other than directly related to work/projects. Employees who input their expenses by the end of the month are paid on the 15th of the next month. There is no 90 day wait. Voluntary turnover is half the rate of the IT industry so obviously they are not as unhappy as this person believes.
