Pros
I've truly loved working at Ingrid + Isabel. It's a small company that still feels like a startup even though it's over 20 years old. I have so much respect for my colleagues--a very experienced and tenured at I+I group of employees--great team! No red tape--we're able to make quick decisions and pivot on strategies that would have taken months at a larger organization.
Cons
We have no true "administrator" roles at I+I, even director/VP level people can find themselves with juniors tasks or projects at times simply because the company is small.
