      Easy Job but not worth it

      Pros

      Days were always easy. Never had to think about work after I left the office. Best perk is you get every Friday off.

      Cons

      The CEO is very emotional. Always hot and cold - never know what you're walking into. Bases business decisions on emotions which never turns out well. High turn over due to her erratic behavior.

      The Company has experienced growth every year since it's inception. The Company started in 2003 and holds an average tenure of 4 years, with longest tenures at the Company being 10 years, 9 years and 5 years. CEO is enthusiastic, optimistic, and able to react to business situations quickly. Emotions are standard for creative CEOs.

      Good for your first job, not for a career

      Pros

      - 4 day (Monday - Thursday) work week - good benefits - nice, new office - nice neighborhood location - different from the typical downtown setup

      Cons

      - lacks professional development - lacks clear strategic direction - inconsistency overall for a company past the start up stage

      Pros

      Micromanagement is not in style at Ingrid & Isabel. Receive the support you need, but manage your responsibilities and time! The greatest perk is that this company allows it's employees flexibility, with the expectation that you own your work -- It's gooood!

      Cons

      As with any small team, things can get hectic and you can be pulled in many directions at once -- but if you love startup mentality, this is nothing new!
