The CEO is very emotional. Always hot and cold - never know what you're walking into. Bases business decisions on emotions which never turns out well. High turn over due to her erratic behavior.

The Company started in 2003 and holds an average tenure of 4 years, with longest tenures at the Company being 10 years, 9 years and 5 years. CEO is enthusiastic, optimistic, and able to react to business situations quickly. Emotions are standard for creative CEOs.
Micromanagement is not in style at Ingrid & Isabel. Receive the support you need, but manage your responsibilities and time! The greatest perk is that this company allows it's employees flexibility, with the expectation that you own your work -- It's gooood!
