Pros
Mean well by attempting improve there reputation by rolling out programs in HSE and Operations. Pay bonuses to salary employees are vary generous. Allow employees to shape there own destiny to some degree of freedom.
Cons
Management lacks enough experience in being effective leaders. Business development and sustainability is primary focus in projects however success rate about 10-30% chance. Issues with surrounding businesses is always an issue when the plant is experiencing LOPC's leaks from there systems because there is an odor concern.
