      It's a job if you don't have one.

      Cons

      The company is a dinosaur at it relates to technology and safety. The goals are unrealistic and the training is horrible. Think twice and do your research (fully) before accepting an offer from this company. I would not recommend this company.

      Pros

      Overall a good group of people to work with. Due to the small size of the company everyone must wear "multiple hats". There are a lot of changes going on to improve the company including implementing new policies and procedures, equipment upgrades and new enterprise software.

      Cons

      Due to the size of the company there is little room to grow. While you will gain experience wearing "multiple hats" it seems that there is little chance of moving up in the company. Yearly raises hardly cover cost of living increase, if your are lucky enough to get one.

      Most of the managers are on their way out the door.

      Cons

      Company isn't transparent with what is happening. As of now we don't know if we will be getting raises or not. It's been almost 2yrs.
