      Pros

      - amazing culture - competition and rewards - Base Hourly (Security) - Amazing Leaders - Ongoing training/coaching - Convenient Location (Right outside kipling bus terminal) - Lots of oppurtuninites

      Cons

      - Quality of leads (leads from outside the servicable provinces) - They switched their dialer software from Genesis to Alvaria, which is IMO not a good software. - Hours of operation changed from 12pm - 9pm, to 1pm - 10pm
