Such amazing people to work with who are willing to help you anytime and want you to succeed. Such a great company who actually APPRECIATE your hard work, compliment you on your hard work and remind you constantly of how appreciative they are to have you on the team and part of the company. And if something goes down beyond your control, believe me, InsideSource has your back! You can always count on their support. You are considered family to them. Can't get any better than that. :)

Pros

Decent pay, most people on the team were nice, really nice product, flexible work schedule as long as you got your work done and weren't traveling. Big name clients, looks good on a resume.

Cons

High work load, like high, slammed all the time. Working late and around the clock was praised. Managers don't have good idea of resource leveling and management. Leadership generally was out of touch. Furniture industry itself was quite unstable. Lots of layoffs and felt unstable like your job could be taken at anytime.
