It’s great to know that you made some life-long connections and enjoyed the hybrid work model and free lunches during your time here. Hiring good people and creating a safe and fun work environment is extremely important to our core beliefs.
On the other hand, it’s very disappointing to hear that your experience with workload, compensation, management, and working environment was less than stellar.
These elements are extremely important to Insidesource and timely feedback about what isn’t working well is always appreciated and welcomed so that we can review and take any necessary action.
The workload in our industry can feel a bit like a roller coaster and stressful at times as we adapt to the ever-changing needs of our clients. We follow industry benchmarks in both workload and compensation and employees can bring up concerns or challenges with their manager or HR at any time.
Team First and Experience Focused are two of our company values and what you shared about management, verbal abuse, an unsafe work environment, and lack of DEI is contrary to what these core values are all about. We will continue to strive for excellence in these areas through continuous training, values re-alignment, and accountability.
