There are employees that have worked here for 28 of the 30 years the company has been around because they believe in hiring great folks and helping them grow within the company. Compensation structure is the best I have seen. You make residual income so you can increase your income every year you are here. STRONG growth plans in a company that is always focused on getting better. The industry is growing, our founder & still CEO actually founded the industry, and he is always looking at staying ahead of the market changes. Family environment. We are a small office of 15 and we are strong in the way we work together and enjoy each other.
