Pros
Worked here for 7 years and it was a great first job right out of college. Learned a lot and met a lot of people that I liked to hang outside of work. Definitely a good job to help balance work and your personal life.
Cons
There was no advancement. When I asked for an out of cycle raise, corporate really dragged their feet. They also didn't bother trying to keep tenure employees either. Therefore, talented people were leaving due to no advancement or higher pay. It's also hard to fire really bad employees and the whole team suffers because of their poor performance.
