Terrible culture - “we take care of our people” is a joke. Forced to quit due to an unsafe, hostile environment. Contradicting messages from leadership, passive aggressive District Managers, inappropriate conversations from teammates in office reported to HR and not taken serious but then talked about around the office. Very negative energy when in office. Totally misrepresented the pay in interview. You will not make more then the below industry base for at least 3 years . That’s if you can last that long in a really micromanaged unhealthy environment. If you get a deal you are forced to split it with senior rep.
